Hi! I’m Dr. Lisa. Thank you so much for visiting my website.

This website was put together with one goal in mind – to answer all of your most curious questions. As a teen or young adult, you probably have a lot of personal or intimate questions that you might feel embarrassed to talk about with your friends or family. This website is dedicated to you. My hope is that you’ll use it to learn about your body, answer questions you have about incredibly private matters, build self-esteem and empower yourself to make the right choices for you and your body.

If you don’t find the answers you’re looking for, feel free to ask me. I’m dedicated to helping you find the information you need to make the best, most informed decision possible. And I take your privacy very seriously – every question I receive will be handled in a completely confidential manner.

Dr. Lisa is an Ob/GYN trained physician, earning her medical degree at Dartmouth Medical School in New Hampshire and surgical training at Kaiser Santa Clara in Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is actively seeing patients at the Women’s Medical Group of Upland, a small group practice in Southern California, attending to patients for their obstetric and gynecologic needs.

Born and raised in the O.C., Dr. Lisa was inspired to work with teens after a personal tragedy that led to two young adult lives cut short – one by death and one by prison. Her passion for enhancing lives through education and discovery lies in the hope that through education teens and young adults will value themselves and make choices they can feel good about.
